Visitors' Groups
The Common Representation of the European Region Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino is pleased to welcome groups coming from the respective regions.
On submission of a prior request, it is possible to show groups of visitors the general activity of the three offices and to organize presentations on specific issues with the participation of European Union functionaries. It is also possible to request a complete outline of the program for the visit.
We kindly request you to complete the attached form in order to facilitate the organization of your visit; please send your request, providing a contact person, to the following e-mail address: info@alpeuregio.eu

Given that the terms provided by the institutions to process a visiting request are relatively long, we kindly ask groups to contact our office at least three months prior to arrival.
For a visit to the Common Representation Office of the European Region Tyrol-South Tyrol–Trentino, the following informationis required:
- Proposal of a concrete date
- Brief description of the group (companies, students, EU project…)
- Number of participants (to be provided by a list including names and surnames, dates of birth, residence and number of identification documents)
- Specific topics of interest

For groups coming from the three regions, there is the possibility to book a hall, to organize seminars, conferences or meetings at the Common Representation of the European Region Tyrol-South Tyrol-Trentino.
The application form to book the hall has to be filled in and returned completed to the address info@alpeuregio.eu. The use of the hall will be confirmed after a check on its availability.
